McClatchy Declares Second Quarter 2004 Dividend
The McClatchy Company (NYSE: MNI) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.12 per share, an increase of 9% over the second quarter 2003 dividend. The dividend is payable July 1, 2004 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 16, 2004.
