Gary Pruitt Health Care Letter

In a May 4 letter to all benefits-eligible employees, McClatchy CEO Gary Pruitt announced the company will consolidate the Knight Ridder and McClatchy health plans into one national strategy.

Beginning in 2008, the company will offer one, McClatchy-wide health care program under one administrator, Aetna.
