McClatchy Announces Fourth Quarter Dividend

SACRAMENTO, Calif., Dec. 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The McClatchy Company (NYSE: MNI) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.09 (nine cents) per share payable January 2, 2009 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2008.
