Vice President, Customer and Product
Don MacGregor is Vice President, Customer and Product, leading McClatchy’s consumer business and revenue. In this role, he is responsible for all efforts to directly acquire, retain and monetize McClatchy’s audiences in all markets across print and digital.
Prior to joining McClatchy in 2020, Don had a broad and distinguished career at Tribune Publishing, including management roles in Distribution, Planning and Analysis, and Marketing. His efforts focused on subscription marketing as leader of the Chicago Tribune consumer business and Tribune Publishing’s direct marketing functions. He was instrumental in delivering a long streak of total consumer revenue growth and providing leadership in converting Chicago Tribune’s websites to paid digital products.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University and lives in the Chicago area.
